The Free Resume Review is a no-cost initial assessment designed to answer a simple question: What actually needs attention before you move forward?

Some resumes need only a few focused corrections. Some need stronger military-to-civilian translation. Some need a deeper rewrite. And some are already on target. We will not assume you need a paid service before we look at the terrain.

Reconnaissance Before Action

In BAMCIS, you do not complete the plan before you understand the situation. You arrange for reconnaissance, make reconnaissance, and use what you learn to complete the plan. This review serves the same purpose for your resume.

We look at where you are now, what civilian objective you are aiming at, what may be helping or hurting you, and what the next useful action should be.

The purpose is direction, not pressure. Your next recommendation may be:

3. Upload your current resume and tell us what kind of civilian work you are pursuing.
4. Your resume enters the review process. You will receive confirmation and the expected review window after submission.
5. Receive clear direction. We identify the most important issues and the next action we believe makes sense.

Protect Your Information

Do not include Social Security numbers, banking information, medical information, dates of birth, or other unnecessary sensitive personal data in your resume or intake submission. Do not send an unredacted DD214 unless Military Loop specifically provides a secure process and tells you it is required.

Your resume is processed and reviewed professionally through the Military Loop Career Services process. Your submission is evaluated in the context of your target, your experience, and the issues that matter so you receive clear direction on what is working, what needs attention, and what your next move should be.

That work takes time and has a real cost to Military Loop. We choose not to charge the candidate for this initial review.
