Stand Behind the Military Community With More Than Words

Vanguard Member is the entry point into The Vanguard — Military Loop’s organizational membership and mission-partner community.

This membership is for businesses, veteran organizations, community groups, educational institutions, employers, and other organizations that want a visible, ongoing relationship with Military Loop and the military-connected community we serve.

This is a membership and recognition program. It is not a managed recruiting contract, advertising campaign, sponsorship of a specific candidate service, or Employer Services engagement.

What Your 12-Month Membership Includes

• Vanguard Member status for one organization for 12 months.
• Vanguard recognition within appropriate Military Loop membership, partner, or organizational recognition areas as those areas are maintained.
• Lifetime Military Loop Directory listing for the organization, established or updated as part of membership setup.
• Digital Vanguard Member badge for the organization to display during its active membership term on its website, careers or recruiting pages, email signatures, and appropriate digital platforms in accordance with Military Loop brand guidelines. The badge may link directly to the organization’s Lifetime Military Loop Directory listing so customers, candidates, and community members can see its participation and support for the military-connected community.
• Membership designation on the organization’s Military Loop business or employer presence where technically applicable and appropriate.
• Access to Vanguard member communications regarding relevant Military Loop initiatives, participation opportunities, and program developments.
• Eligibility for appropriate Vanguard participation opportunities offered during the active membership term.

Included Standard Job Campaign

Your active Vanguard Member term includes one 30-day Standard Job Campaign at no additional charge.

• One complete searchable job posting for one 30-day campaign period.
• Direct link to the employer’s official application process.
• Military experience and transferable-skills positioning within the job campaign.

This included campaign is a Vanguard membership benefit and does not need to be repurchased through the public job checkout. Military Loop will provide activation or redemption instructions after membership setup. The benefit must be used during the active membership term, has no cash value, and does not roll over after expiration.

Additional job campaigns may be purchased separately: Standard Job Campaign, Featured Job Campaign, or Premium Job Campaign.

Who This Is For

Vanguard Member is designed for organizations that want to make a straightforward annual commitment to the Military Loop mission without purchasing a larger visibility package or managed recruiting engagement.

It can fit a local business, veteran-owned company, military-friendly employer, nonprofit, chamber, educational organization, community partner, veteran organization, or other approved organization that wants to be identified as part of The Vanguard.

What Vanguard Membership Does Not Include

• Candidate sourcing or recruiting labor
• Managed recruiting campaigns
• Featured or Premium Job Campaign promotion unless separately purchased
• Guaranteed applicant volume, interviews, or hires
• Resume access or access to private candidate information
• Recruiter or hiring-manager consulting
• Employer training
• Guaranteed social-media posts, impressions, leads, referrals, or sales
• Sponsored Career Services for a specific recipient

Those services may be available separately through Military Loop Employer Services, Sponsored Career Services, advertising, or other defined programs.

Membership Term and Renewal

The membership term is 12 months beginning on the purchase date unless Military Loop confirms a different written start date.

This checkout is a one-time annual membership purchase and does not automatically renew. Military Loop may contact the organization before expiration with renewal options. Continued Vanguard status after the term ends requires renewal.

Organization and Recognition Standards

Vanguard participation is intended for organizations aligned with lawful, professional participation in the Military Loop community. Military Loop may request basic organization information, logo files, listing information, and a primary contact so membership recognition can be established correctly.

Membership does not constitute endorsement of every product, service, employment practice, statement, or activity of the member organization. Military Loop retains control of its own brand, directory, recognition standards, and program presentation.
