Vanguard Pillar — 12-Month Membership

Vanguard Pillar is for organizations that want a more visible and active relationship with Military Loop than the entry-level Vanguard Member tier.

The Pillar level combines annual Vanguard membership with enhanced recognition, a defined relationship touchpoint, preferred access to appropriate participation opportunities, and recurring access to the Military Loop job board.

This remains a membership and mission-partner program. It does not include managed recruiting, candidate sourcing, or other Employer Services unless those services are purchased separately.

What Your 12-Month Membership Includes

• Everything included with Vanguard Member, plus the Pillar-level upgrades below.
• Vanguard Pillar status and enhanced organizational recognition within appropriate Military Loop membership and partner areas.
• Enhanced membership designation on the organization’s Military Loop business or employer presence where technically applicable and appropriate.
• One annual Vanguard relationship call of up to 30 minutes to review the organization’s involvement, relevant Military Loop initiatives, and appropriate participation opportunities.
• Up to one Vanguard organizational spotlight opportunity during the active term, subject to scheduling, factual review, content standards, platform availability, and Military Loop editorial approval.
• Access to Pillar-level preferred opportunities when Military Loop offers qualifying promotional, event, mission, or participation programs.
• Priority consideration for appropriate community and mission initiatives where the organization’s mission, geography, audience, or capabilities are a good fit.

Included Standard Job Campaigns

Your active Vanguard Pillar term includes four total 30-day Standard Job Campaign credits. This replaces the one-credit Vanguard Member allowance; job-campaign credits are not added together across membership tiers.

• Each credit covers one complete searchable job posting for one 30-day campaign period.
• Each campaign may link directly to the employer’s official application process.
• Military experience and transferable-skills positioning may be included within each job campaign.
• Credits may be used for different positions during the active membership term.

Included Standard Job Campaign credits are Vanguard membership benefits and do not need to be repurchased through the public job checkout. Military Loop will provide activation or redemption instructions after membership setup. Unused credits have no cash value and do not roll over after the membership term expires.

Additional or higher-visibility campaigns may be purchased separately: Standard Job Campaign, Featured Job Campaign, or Premium Job Campaign.

Who This Is For

Vanguard Pillar is intended for established organizations that want to do more than simply hold membership status. It fits businesses, veteran-owned companies, military-friendly employers, educational institutions, chambers, veteran organizations, nonprofits, community partners, and other approved organizations that want stronger visibility and participation.

What Vanguard Pillar Does Not Include

• Candidate sourcing or recruiting labor
• Managed recruiting campaigns
• Featured or Premium Job Campaign promotion unless separately purchased
• Guaranteed applicant volume, interviews, hires, leads, referrals, or sales
• Access to private candidate records or resumes
• Recruiter, HR, or hiring-manager consulting
• Employer military-hiring training
• Unlimited advertising or social-media promotion
• Sponsored Career Services for a specific recipient unless separately purchased

Those services are scoped separately through Military Loop Employer Services, Sponsored Career Services, advertising, or other defined programs.

Spotlight Standard

The included spotlight opportunity is designed to recognize the organization’s role in The Vanguard and its connection to the military community. It is not a guaranteed advertising campaign, lead-generation campaign, or endorsement. Military Loop controls scheduling, channel selection, format, and editorial standards.

Membership Term and Renewal

The membership term is 12 months beginning on the purchase date unless Military Loop confirms a different written start date.

This is a one-time annual membership purchase and does not automatically renew. Military Loop may contact the organization before expiration with renewal options. Continued Vanguard Pillar status after the term ends requires renewal.
