Vanguard Partner — 12-Month Membership

Take a Leadership Position in The Vanguard

Vanguard Partner is the highest standard annual membership level in The Vanguard.

It is designed for organizations that want a visible, ongoing relationship with Military Loop, stronger recognition across appropriate membership areas, recurring access to the Military Loop job board, and a more deliberate role in initiatives that serve the military-connected community.

Vanguard Partner is still a membership and mission-partner relationship. It does not include managed recruiting, candidate sourcing, monthly recruiting labor, or other Employer Services unless those services are purchased separately or expressly included in a separate written agreement.

What Your 12-Month Membership Includes

• Everything included with Vanguard Pillar, plus the Partner-level upgrades below.
• Vanguard Partner status and premium organizational recognition within appropriate Military Loop membership and partner areas.
• Premium membership designation on the organization’s Military Loop business or employer presence where technically applicable and appropriate.
• One annual strategic relationship session of up to 60 minutes focused on the organization’s Military Loop involvement, military-community objectives, upcoming initiatives, and appropriate opportunities for participation.
• Up to two Vanguard organizational spotlight opportunities during the active term, subject to scheduling, factual review, content standards, platform availability, and Military Loop editorial approval.
• Priority consideration for appropriate Military Loop mission initiatives, events, community programs, and collaborative opportunities where there is a strong fit.
• Partner-level preferred access to qualifying Military Loop promotional, event, sponsorship, and participation opportunities when offered.
• Recognition as a higher-level Vanguard participant when Military Loop publicly distinguishes membership tiers.

Included Standard Job Campaigns

Your active Vanguard Partner term includes twelve total 30-day Standard Job Campaign credits. This replaces the four-credit Vanguard Pillar allowance; job-campaign credits are not added together across membership tiers.

• Each credit covers one complete searchable job posting for one 30-day campaign period.
• Each campaign may link directly to the employer’s official application process.
• Military experience and transferable-skills positioning may be included within each job campaign.
• Credits may be used across different positions during the active membership term.

Included Standard Job Campaign credits are Vanguard membership benefits and do not need to be repurchased through the public job checkout. Military Loop will provide activation or redemption instructions after membership setup. Unused credits have no cash value and do not roll over after the membership term expires.

Additional or higher-visibility campaigns may be purchased separately: Standard Job Campaign, Featured Job Campaign, or Premium Job Campaign.

Who This Is For

Vanguard Partner is intended for organizations that want to be visibly identified as serious supporters of the Military Loop mission and the military-connected community while maintaining a relationship that is broader than a single campaign, event, or transaction.

It may fit larger employers, veteran-owned companies, national or regional businesses, educational institutions, veteran organizations, chambers, nonprofits, community partners, and other approved organizations.

What Vanguard Partner Does Not Include

• Candidate sourcing, recruiting labor, or embedded recruiter services
• Managed military recruiting campaigns
• Featured or Premium Job Campaign promotion unless separately purchased
• Guaranteed applicant volume, interviews, hires, leads, referrals, or sales
• Access to private candidate information or resumes
• Employer recruiting strategy consulting beyond the included annual Vanguard relationship session
• Recruiter or hiring-manager training
• Unlimited advertising, social-media promotion, event participation, or custom content
• Sponsored Career Services for a specific recipient unless separately purchased

Those services are scoped separately through Military Loop Employer Services, Sponsored Career Services, advertising, events, sponsorships, or other defined programs.

When Employer Services Are Added

An organization may hold Vanguard Partner status and separately purchase Military Loop Employer Services. Higher-level Employer Services engagements may also include Vanguard Partner status for the duration of that engagement when expressly stated in the applicable service scope.

Membership recognition and recruiting services remain separate obligations so both the organization and Military Loop know exactly what is included.

Membership Term and Renewal

The membership term is 12 months beginning on the purchase date unless Military Loop confirms a different written start date.

This is a one-time annual membership purchase and does not automatically renew. Military Loop may contact the organization before expiration with renewal options. Continued Vanguard Partner status after the term ends requires renewal.
