Build a Military Talent Program — Not Just Another Recruiting Campaign
Military Talent Strategic Partnership is an ongoing employer relationship for organizations that want Military Loop involved across military talent attraction, recruiting, translation, hiring support, onboarding, retention, and workforce development.
This is the next step beyond a 90-day recruiting campaign. Instead of treating each opening as an isolated transaction, Military Loop works with the employer as a strategic military-talent partner across an agreed portfolio of workforce priorities.
Partnerships start at $6,500 per month. Final scope, term, locations, priority roles, service levels, and any paid media are defined in a written agreement before work begins. Engagement begins with a defined scope and written agreement.
Starting Strategic Partnership Scope
- Ongoing military talent strategy tied to the employer’s workforce priorities, locations, and hiring objectives.
- Up to four active priority roles or job families at a time within the standard starting scope, with additional roles or materially expanded geography scoped separately.
- Military-background and capability mapping to connect employer requirements with relevant military-developed experience.
- Continuous military-connected outreach and recruiting support across agreed Military Loop channels and campaigns.
- Priority-role campaign management including job positioning, military-relevant messaging, and agreed promotion.
- Candidate routing and preparation coordination so qualified military-connected candidates have a clearer path into the employer’s official hiring process.
- Employer-side consultation on screening, interviewing, military-experience interpretation, and avoidable process barriers.
- Onboarding and retention advisory focused on early employee experience, manager understanding, communication, Guard/Reserve and military-spouse realities, recognition, career pathways, and preventable turnover.
- Periodic employer-team training within the agreed partnership scope.
- Recurring strategy reviews and performance reporting using attributable data available to Military Loop and the employer.
- Vanguard Partner recognition included during the active strategic partnership term, subject to the final written agreement.
Who This Is For
This partnership is designed for employers that have an ongoing need for military-connected talent and want more than isolated job postings, one-time training, or a short recruiting campaign.
It is especially appropriate for employers with recurring skilled-trades, technical, manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, operations, field-service, leadership, or multi-location workforce needs where military-developed capability can create long-term value.
The Military Loop Standard
Military Loop approaches the employer relationship from both sides of the hire. We help employers understand military-developed capability, help military-connected candidates understand civilian opportunities, and work to reduce the translation and process gaps that cause good people and good employers to miss each other.
The Military Loop Standard connects the full employer talent lifecycle:
Attract / Recruit → Recognize / Translate → Hire → Onboard → Retain → Develop
This is a Military Loop service methodology. It is not a government, Department of Defense, military-branch, or third-party certification.
Recruiting Is Only Part of the Mission
An employer can spend heavily to acquire talent and still lose good people after the hire. Strategic partnership work therefore looks beyond applicant flow to the employer practices that influence whether military-connected employees understand the organization, are understood by their managers, can see a path forward, and choose to stay.
Retention work may include identifying onboarding friction, manager-communication gaps, missed leadership capability, Guard and Reserve considerations, military-spouse workforce realities, recognition issues, advancement barriers, and other preventable sources of disengagement within the agreed scope.
What the Partnership Does Not Promise
- No guaranteed applicant volume, interviews, offers, hires, retention rates, or business outcomes.
- The employer retains authority over applications, screening, interviews, selection, compliance, compensation, employment decisions, and workplace policy.
- Paid third-party advertising, outside platform costs, travel, event fees, onsite delivery, and materially custom program development are separate unless expressly included in the written agreement.
- Candidate Services are not unlimited and must be specifically included, sponsored, or separately funded.
- Partnership does not provide unrestricted access to private candidate information or resume databases.
How Engagement Begins
- Define the workforce mission. Military Loop and the employer identify workforce priorities, locations, roles, timing, and the desired level of support.
- Build the scope. The parties define the active-role capacity, recruiting activities, employer support, training, retention work, reporting, paid media, and responsibilities.
- Execute a written agreement. Final monthly pricing, term, deliverables, service levels, and any exclusions are documented before launch.
- Operate and review. Military Loop and the employer work the plan, review performance, identify barriers, and adjust within scope.
Start the Conversation
This partnership is built around the employer’s actual workforce mission, so the next step is a direct conversation with Military Loop rather than an automatic checkout.

Relationship to ES-003
The 90-Day Managed Military Recruiting Campaign is the defined campaign option for employers that want active recruiting help for up to two priority roles. The Military Talent Strategic Partnership is broader and ongoing, with a larger active-role capacity and deeper employer-side work across recruiting, onboarding, retention, and development.
We Take Care of Our Own
Military Loop is built around a simple principle: military-connected talent deserves to have its capability understood, and employers that genuinely want that talent deserve a partner that understands the language, culture, transition, and workforce realities behind the resume.
