Build a Dedicated Military Talent Function

Embedded Military Talent Program is Military Loop’s highest-touch employer engagement for organizations that need more than periodic recruiting campaigns or advisory support. Military Loop works as a specialized military-talent extension of the employer’s recruiting and workforce operation under a defined written scope.

Programs start at $12,000 per month. Final pricing, term, role capacity, locations, service levels, paid media, onsite requirements, travel, and program responsibilities are defined in a written agreement before work begins.

Starting Embedded Program Scope

  • Dedicated military-talent program capacity aligned to the employer’s workforce mission, locations, and hiring priorities.
  • Expanded active-role and job-family support beyond the standard Strategic Partnership scope, with final capacity defined in the written agreement.
  • Military capability mapping and role translation connecting military-developed experience to employer requirements.
  • Ongoing military-connected sourcing, outreach, and campaign execution across agreed Military Loop channels and recruiting efforts.
  • Recruiter and hiring-manager consultation on military resumes, interviews, screening, and capability recognition.
  • Candidate-routing and preparation coordination where included in scope.
  • Onboarding and early-retention advisory addressing manager understanding, communication, Guard and Reserve realities, military-spouse mobility, recognition, advancement, and preventable turnover.
  • Employer-team training and workforce education delivered at an agreed cadence.
  • Recurring stakeholder meetings and program governance with defined owners, priorities, action items, and review cadence.
  • Performance reporting and program analysis using attributable data available to Military Loop and the employer.
  • Vanguard Partner recognition included during the active embedded-program term, subject to the final written agreement.

Who This Is For

This program is designed for employers with sustained military-talent demand, multiple recurring roles or locations, and enough hiring complexity to justify a dedicated military-talent function rather than isolated campaigns.

The Military Loop Standard

Military Loop works across both sides of the employment bridge: helping employers recognize military-developed capability while helping military-connected candidates understand and navigate civilian opportunities.

Attract / Recruit → Recognize / Translate → Hire → Onboard → Retain → Develop

This is a Military Loop service methodology. It is not a government, Department of Defense, military-branch, or third-party certification.

What the Program Does Not Promise

  • No guaranteed applicant volume, interviews, offers, hires, retention rates, or business outcomes.
  • The employer retains authority over applications, screening, interviews, selection, compliance, compensation, employment decisions, and workplace policy.
  • Third-party advertising, travel, event costs, onsite delivery, technology, and materially custom program development are separate unless expressly included in the written agreement.
  • Candidate Services are not unlimited and must be included in scope, sponsored, or separately funded.
  • The program does not provide unrestricted access to private candidate information or resume databases.

How Engagement Begins

  1. Define the workforce mission. Identify roles, locations, hiring pressure, internal capacity, onboarding and retention concerns, and desired outcomes.
  2. Design the embedded scope. Define role capacity, sourcing, recruiting, training, onboarding, retention, reporting, meeting cadence, paid media, and responsibilities.
  3. Execute a written agreement. Final pricing, term, service levels, deliverables, and exclusions are documented before launch.
  4. Operate as one team. Military Loop and employer stakeholders execute, review performance, identify barriers, and adjust within scope.

We Take Care of Our Own

Military-connected talent deserves to have its capability understood, and employers serious about building a military talent pipeline deserve a partner that understands the language, culture, transition, and workforce realities behind the resume.

We Take Care of Our Own.
