Strategic Partner is intentionally scoped separately because its recognition, visibility and collaboration plan is customized to the organization. It includes Vanguard Partner benefits as the baseline. Spotlights, participation opportunities and collaborative initiatives remain subject to scheduling, fit, factual review, platform availability and Military Loop standards. Included job-campaign credits have no cash value and must be used during the active term. Employer recruiting, candidate sourcing, training, onboarding and retention services are separate unless expressly included in writing.

Clear boundaries matter. The Vanguard is designed so organizations understand exactly what their annual participation does and does not include.
Is Vanguard membership another directory fee?
No. Vanguard Member, Pillar, and Partner each include a Lifetime Military Loop Directory listing as part of membership setup. The annual fee covers Vanguard status and benefits; the included directory remains in place even if the annual Vanguard term later ends.
Do we need to purchase a separate directory listing to join The Vanguard?
No. A Lifetime Military Loop Directory listing is included with each standard paid Vanguard level. Military Loop will establish or connect that listing during membership setup.
What happens if we do not renew?
Current Vanguard recognition, unused annual benefits, and active-term participation privileges end when the membership term expires. Any paid lifetime directory remains in place.
Does Vanguard membership include recruiting services?
No. The included Standard Job Campaign credits are defined membership benefits, but managed recruiting, candidate sourcing, employer training, hiring strategy, onboarding, and retention services are separate Employer Services unless expressly included in writing.
Can our organization use both The Vanguard and Employer Services?
Yes. Vanguard membership can stand on its own, or an organization can separately engage Military Loop for workforce services when it needs active recruiting, training, onboarding, retention, or military-talent support.
Is Vanguard participation a charitable donation?
No charitable-donation representation is made. Organizations should determine the appropriate business, marketing, sponsorship, or other tax treatment with their own tax professional.
