Military & Veteran Career Coaching

Build Direction. Set Priorities. Move With a Plan.

Career coaching helps military-connected candidates turn uncertainty, transition pressure, and scattered effort into a practical civilian career strategy.

A session should create movement. The objective is a clearer direction and useful next actions—not another appointment with no destination.

Use Coaching for the Right Problem

Direction Before Motion.

Applying harder is not always the answer. Coaching helps identify the objective, the obstacles, and the next actions that deserve your effort.

I Do Not Know What I Want Next

Clarify realistic fields, roles, priorities, constraints, and decision criteria.

I Know the Goal but Not the Route

I Am Working Hard but Not Moving

Review targeting, positioning, application choices, networking, and execution for avoidable friction.

60-Minute Live Session

Make the Live Time About Progress.

The coaching session should focus on the career problem—not on collecting information you could have provided beforehand.

Career Coaching — $195.00

Service type: 60-minute live session, preferably online through Google Meet.

Advertised session duration means scheduled live candidate/coach time. Reasonable review of requested pre-session materials, when included, occurs separately.

Additional sessions are optional unless included in a package.

1
State the objective

Explain the career decision, transition, search problem, or opportunity you are working through.

2
Identify the friction

Separate missing information, weak positioning, unclear priorities, skill gaps, and execution problems.

3
Choose the next actions

Build a realistic sequence instead of an unranked list of everything you could do.

4
Put the plan to work

Use resume, translation, interview, Talent Ready, or job-search resources where they fit.

Train to Standard — Not to Time

The Goal Is Not to Collect Appointments.

Different candidates enter civilian career transition at different points. Military Loop services are defined clearly as a review, project, or session so you know what you are purchasing.

Prepare

Complete the Intake

Share the problem, target, timeline, and constraints before the session so the live conversation can be useful.

Participate

Bring the Real Situation

Coaching works best when goals, concerns, limitations, and previous efforts are discussed honestly.

Execute

Leave With Priorities

A good session should end with practical next actions—not motivation without a route.

Questions Before You Move

Career Coaching Questions

Know what coaching is designed to solve, how the live session works, and what it cannot promise.

Who is career coaching for?

Career coaching is for military-connected candidates who need help clarifying direction, prioritizing next steps, building a job-search strategy, or working through a civilian career transition.

Is coaching the same as resume writing?

No. Coaching focuses on direction, decisions, strategy, and action. Resume Services focus on the document. Skills Translation focuses on civilian language for military experience. Some candidates need one service; others use them together.

How long is the session?

The current Career Coaching service is a 60-minute live session, preferably delivered online through Google Meet. Advertised time is live candidate/coach time.

What should I complete before the session?

Complete the requested intake, share the career problem you are trying to solve, and provide relevant materials requested for the session. Better preparation lets the live time focus on strategy rather than information gathering.

Will one session solve everything?

Not necessarily. Some candidates need one focused session; others benefit from additional work. Additional sessions are optional unless specifically included in a package. The objective is useful progress, not selling time for its own sake.

Does coaching guarantee an interview or job?

No. Coaching can improve direction, preparation, and execution, but it cannot guarantee an application result, interview, offer, or completed hire.

No Dead Ends
