Get Clear on the Mission in Front of You

Career transition can get noisy fast. Too many options, too much generic advice, and not enough clarity about what actually matters next.

60-Minute Career Coaching is a focused, private Military Loop Career Services session built around your current position, your objective, and the next decisions that move you forward. It is not a canned transition briefing and it is not designed to force every candidate through the same process.

From privates to generals, different starting points require different levels of support. Some candidates need one session to get unstuck. Others may benefit from several sessions over time. Military Loop helps identify what is useful without turning coaching into an endless subscription.

Talent Focused

Talent Focused means the session starts with the person and the objective in front of us. Rank, specialty, years of service, civilian experience, education, family constraints, location, target industry, leadership level, and transition timeline can all affect the plan.

The goal is not to tell you what career you should want. The goal is to help you evaluate the options, make a sound decision, and leave with prioritized next actions.

• Relevant referrals to other Military Loop Career Services only when they are actually useful
• A written Career Coaching After-Action Summary with decisions, priorities, action items, and recommended next steps

Assigned Within Military Loop Career Services

After your intake is complete, your session is assigned within Military Loop Career Services to a qualified Career Coach or approved Career Services professional working within the Military Loop standard.

Military Loop remains responsible for the customer relationship, service standard, and follow-through regardless of who performs the coaching within the approved Career Services process.

Before Your Session

Complete the Career Intake carefully. Depending on the question or objective you bring to coaching, Military Loop may request a current resume, target roles, job descriptions, prior career materials, or other information that will make the hour more productive.

Only provide documents specifically requested for the service and remove sensitive information that is not necessary. Do not email an unredacted DD214, Social Security number, medical information, classified information, or other sensitive records.

How the 60-Minute Session Works

1. Establish the objective. We define the decision, problem, or career goal that deserves the hour.
2. Assess the current position. We look at experience, constraints, opportunities, assumptions, and gaps that affect the plan.
3. Evaluate realistic courses of action. The coach helps you compare options and identify what deserves attention now versus later.
4. Complete the plan. You leave with prioritized actions, not a pile of vague ideas.

How the Full Service Works

1. Purchase 60-Minute Career Coaching.
2. Complete the Military Loop Career Intake.
3. Submit any requested supporting information.
4. Your session is assigned and prepared. Your coach reviews the relevant intake information before the meeting.
5. Complete your private 60-minute live session.
6. Receive your Career Coaching After-Action Summary. Our target is to deliver the written summary within 1 business day after the session.
7. Execute the plan. Additional coaching is optional and purchased only when another session is useful.

Follow-Through Matters

A good plan is only useful if it gets executed. The written After-Action Summary identifies the decisions made, priority actions, unresolved questions, and recommended next steps so the session does not disappear the moment the video call ends.

When another session is appropriate, it should build from the previous action plan rather than restarting the conversation from zero.

• A complete resume rewrite or new resume build
• A full mock interview unless Interview Preparation + Mock Interview is purchased
• Unlimited email or messaging access to a coach
• Unlimited follow-up sessions
• Mental-health counseling, therapy, legal advice, or financial advice
• Job placement, recruiter representation, or an employment guarantee
