Your sponsorship funds one private 60-minute Military Loop Career Coaching session for an eligible military-connected candidate at no cost to the recipient.

This is a defined career service. Military Loop accepts the sponsorship, assigns the service, delivers the agreed scope, and tracks the commitment through completion.

• Career-direction and goal clarification
• Transition and job-search strategy
• Obstacle, opportunity, and constraint review
• Prioritized next actions
• Relevant referrals to other Military Loop Career Services only when they are actually useful
• A written Career Coaching After-Action Summary with decisions, priorities, action items, and recommended next steps

The Service Standard

The sponsored recipient receives the same defined 60-Minute Career Coaching scope offered directly through Military Loop Career Services. Sponsorship does not create a reduced or abbreviated version of the service.

The written Career Coaching After-Action Summary is targeted for delivery within 1 business day after the live session.

Who Can Be Sponsored

The service is intended for eligible military-connected candidates, including veterans, transitioning service members, military spouses, and other candidates Military Loop determines are eligible under the Career Services program.

A sponsor may fund the general pool, identify a specific person for invitation and eligibility review, or fund an approved organization-sponsored pool. Sponsorship does not purchase access to a recipient or guarantee that a named person will participate.

Choose the Sponsorship Path After Checkout

• General Pool: Military Loop assigns the coaching session to an eligible military-connected candidate.
• Sponsor a Specific Eligible Person: You identify someone you would like Military Loop to invite. The individual independently accepts the invitation, completes the required intake, and must meet eligibility requirements.
• Organization-Sponsored Pool: A business, veteran organization, community organization, or other approved organization funds a coaching session for assignment within an agreed eligible group or pool.

Privacy Comes First

Sponsorship does not purchase access to the recipient. Military Loop does not automatically share the recipient’s name, contact information, resume, career plan, coaching details, or other personal information with the sponsor.

Sponsor recognition is optional. Recipient recognition, branch information, thank-you messages, testimonials, and public stories are also optional and require the appropriate person’s consent.

How Your Sponsorship Is Tracked

Military Loop tracks every sponsored service from purchase through completion so the commitment remains accountable at every stage:

Purchased → Available → Assigned → In Progress → Completed → Thank-you Option → Reported

Each sponsorship is intended to receive a unique Military Loop Sponsorship ID so the funded service can be reconciled from purchase through completion and aggregate impact reporting.

What Your Sponsorship Funds

Your sponsorship covers one complete 60-Minute Career Coaching session at the current defined scope. The recipient receives the professional service—not cash, a gift card, or a reimbursement.

The purpose is to help the candidate evaluate the options in front of them, make a sound career decision, identify obstacles and opportunities, and leave with a practical action plan.

Important Sponsorship Terms

• This purchase creates a defined service obligation for Military Loop.
• This product is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation.
• Specific-person requests are subject to recipient acceptance and eligibility.
• If a specific person cannot or does not participate, Military Loop will contact the sponsor regarding reassignment or available refund options.
• The service covers one 60-minute coaching session. Additional sessions are separate unless otherwise approved.
• The service does not include mental-health counseling, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, recruiter representation, or job placement.
• No job offer, salary, employment result, credential, badge, or verification is guaranteed.
• Military Loop reports a sponsored service as completed only after the defined service has actually been delivered.
