Sponsor a Professional Resume Review

Put a Professional Resume Review in Someone Else’s Hands

A military-connected candidate may know they need help with their resume and still be unable or unwilling to spend money on professional support at that moment. This sponsorship covers one Military Loop Professional Resume Review for an eligible recipient at no cost to that person.

Your sponsorship funds a Military Loop career service that is provided to an eligible military-connected candidate at no cost to the recipient.

This is a defined service purchase, not a vague donation. Military Loop accepts the sponsorship, assigns the service, delivers the Professional Resume Review, and tracks the obligation through completion.

What the Recipient Receives

• A professional assessment of the current resume by an assigned Military Loop Career Coach
• Pre-meeting review of the resume and requested supporting information
• One private 30-minute live virtual review after required intake and materials are received and reviewed
• A written Professional Resume Review Summary covering key strengths, deficiencies, military-to-civilian translation issues where applicable, prioritized corrections, and recommended next steps
• Clear direction on whether the resume is on target, needs focused corrections, or requires deeper redevelopment

Who Can Be Sponsored

The service is intended for eligible military-connected candidates, including veterans, transitioning service members, military spouses, and other candidates Military Loop determines are eligible under the Career Services program.

Purchasing a sponsorship does not guarantee assignment to a specific person unless the sponsor selects the specific-person pathway and that person completes the required invitation and eligibility process.

Choose the Sponsorship Path After Checkout

After purchase, Military Loop will collect the sponsorship instructions. The underlying service and price remain the same regardless of the path selected.

• General Pool: Military Loop assigns the sponsored service to an eligible military-connected candidate.
• Sponsor a Specific Eligible Person: You identify someone you would like Military Loop to invite into the process. The person must independently accept the invitation, complete the required intake, and meet eligibility requirements.
• Organization-Sponsored Pool: A business, veteran organization, community organization, or other approved organization funds a service for Military Loop to assign within an agreed eligible group or pool.

Privacy Comes First

Sponsorship does not purchase access to the recipient. Military Loop does not automatically share recipient names, contact information, resumes, employment details, or other personal information with the sponsor.

Sponsor recognition is optional. Recipient recognition, branch information, thank-you messages, testimonials, and public stories are also optional and require the appropriate person’s consent.

How Your Sponsorship Is Tracked

Military Loop tracks every sponsored service from purchase through completion so the commitment remains accountable at every stage:

Purchased → Available → Assigned → In Progress → Completed → Thank-you Option → Reported

Each sponsorship is intended to receive a unique Military Loop Sponsorship ID so the funded service can be reconciled from purchase through completion and aggregate impact reporting.

What Your $99.95 Funds

Your $99.95 sponsorship covers one Professional Resume Review at the same defined service scope offered directly to candidates. Military Loop does not reduce the recipient’s service because someone else paid for it.

The recipient receives the service. The recipient does not receive cash, a gift card, or a reimbursement.

Important Sponsorship Terms

• This purchase creates a service obligation for Military Loop.
• This product is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation.
• Specific-person requests are subject to recipient acceptance and eligibility.
• If a specific person cannot or does not participate, Military Loop will follow the approved reassignment/refund policy established for Sponsored Career Services.
• No interview, job offer, employment result, credential, badge, or verification is guaranteed.
• Military Loop reports a sponsored service as completed only after the defined service has actually been delivered.
